Naugatuck Police Say Man Inappropriately Touched and Bit a Female Victim
Police said the incident occurred between two former companions.

Naugatuck police say Juan Rosado, 27, of Water Street, is accused of inappropriately touching a female and he allegedly bit her during a disagreement.
Police said on November 8 at 3:48 a.m. an officer met with the victim from a domestic disturbance between two former companions.
Rosado is accused of inappropriately touching the victim and during the argument allegedly bit her while children were present, police said.

He was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, and risk of injury to a child. He was held on $50,000 bond.Â
