NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck police are asking for the public's help identifying a man accused of damaging items inside a store.

In a Facebook post, police said the suspect entered the Big Liquor store on New Haven Road and damaged several 12-packs of beer, then left the store in a blue Ford Fusion with New York registration KAG8124.

When the owner tried to take a picture of the vehicle, the suspect drove toward the owner, according to police.

The suspect was last seen wearing a red jacket, black pants with a white stripe on the side and black crocs-style footwear, police said. A photo can be viewed here.
