NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident, who chose to remain anonymous, won $1 million playing the CT Lottery. The resident won playing Win up to $5,000 a Month for Life 2nd Edition.
The resident purchased the lucky ticket Monday at Stop One Mart LLC in Naugatuck.
