NAUGATUCK, CT - A Naugatuck resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Watertown earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 4, Colleen Hibert, of Naugatuck, purchased a 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket from Tobacco World in Watertown and won $10,000.
