NAUGATUCK, CT - A Naugatuck resident is $12,500 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Plainville earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On December 28, Anthony Teodosio, of Naugatuck purchased a KENO ticket from the Plainville Sunoco and won $12,500.
