NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On November 5, Thomas Douty, of Naugatuck, purchased a 20X Cash 5th Edition ticket from the Metro Food Mart in Naugatuck and won $20,000.
