NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident is $13,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week from an area business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Monday, Carrie Terni won $13,050 playing a "KENO" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Handy Stop in Waterbury.
