Naugatuck Resident Wins CT Lottery Prize
The winning ticket, which also was bought in Naugatuck, was claimed last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck resident is $10,004 richer after claiming a winning lottery ticket last week that he had purchased in locally, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Douglas Lavoie won the prize playing the lottery's KENO game, and he claimed the ticket on Oct. 22. The winning ticket was purchased at Smoke Plus on Rubber Avenue.
KENO offers prizes from $1 to $1 million, and players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20, according to the lottery.
