Naugatuck School Administrators Win Arbitration Decision: Report
The administrators will earn raises over the next three years.
NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck school administrators won a decisive victory via a recent arbitration decision, reports My Citizen's News.
The three-year contract will include raises of 2 percent and 2.25 percent each in the second and third years, the paper reports.
As part of the decision, union members will pay 60 percent each year for their high deductible health care savings account. The borough spent nearly $11,500 in legal fees.
