Naugatuck Teen Charged After Locking Mother Out Of The House
Police say the mother went to call police to report her daughter's behavior and then she was locked out.

On June 10 at 7:24 p.m. Naugatuck police responded to a domestic disturbance between a mother and a daughter.
During an argument, the juvenile allegedly damaged items in the house, police said in a release.
When the victim went outside to call police, the the juvenile locked her out of the house, police.
