Naugatuck Woman Accused Of Assault: Police

NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck woman, Octavia Jones, 35, of Main Street, is accused of assaulting a person, police said.

At 8:52 p.m. on Dec. 11, police responded to a residence on a report of a domestic dispute. It was discovered through the investigation that the accused became involved in an argument with the victim that escalated and became physical when, according to the victim, the accused punched the victim in the face several times, police said.

Jones is charged with third-degree assault.
