Naugatuck Woman Accused Of Assaulting Elderly Person: Police
The accused was charged on a warrant this month, police said.
NAUGATUCK, CT — A Naugatuck woman, Olivia Swain, 40, of Birch Lane, is accused of assaulting an elderly person on Nov. 3, 2018, police said.
Swain was arrested on a warrant this month. No other details were provided of the incident, except that Swain is charged with third-degree assault of an elderly victim.
The arrest warrant was served while Swain was at Superior Court, Waterbury.
