Naugatuck Woman Stole $141K From Business: North Haven Police
The accused made $141,000 of unauthorized purchases for her own personal gain and or benefit, police say.

NORTH HAVEN, CT β A Naugatuck woman is accused of stealing $141,000 from a North Haven business where she was employed as their bookkeeper, police say. On Jan. 25, police began to investigate a case alleging internal theft occurring at Network Security Systems.
The investigation revealed that Suzanne Keller, 40, of Naugatuck was responsible for making numerous unauthorized purchases, police said. Keller, who acted as a company bookkeeper and had a company credit card, had amassed financial charges of $141,000 of unauthorized purchases for various items for her personal gain/benefit, police said.
Keller was taken into custody and charged with first-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, receipt of money, goods, or services obtained by illegal use of credit cards. She was released after posting $50,000 bond. Her court date is April 25.
