Nominations Sought for Mother of the Year

The Fraternal Order of Eagles #640 is seeking nominations of Naugatuck, Prospect and Beacon Falls mothers for its Mother of the Year award.

Nomination letters should state the reasons why the mother should be considered for this honor. The winner will be honored with a ceremony, including past Mothers of the Year, and will ride in the Memorial Day parade.

All letters need to have the following information: the name, address and telephone number of the nominee, and the name, relationship to the nominee, telephone number and contact information for the person writing the nomination letter.

Letters need to be received by May 5. They should be signed and sent to: Mother of the Year Committee, 388 High St., Naugatuck, CT 06770.
