A note from John Galvin, President and CEO of AAA Northeast
The good news is that the roadside assistance service team remains ready and available to assist members in need.

At this unprecedented time, I want to reach out and extend my heartfelt well wishes to you and your family. Everyone here at AAA Northeast is thinking of those who may be impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19), in addition to the healthcare workers who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for all of us.
Things have changed significantly over the last week. Many of us are now working from home, schools have closed, events have been canceled and the grocery store shelves are bare. Regardless of the challenges that are unfolding in the world around us, our priority at AAA Northeast remains the same: the health and safety of our employees and members.
To do our part, we’re closely following all federal, state and local government recommendations, and have enforced safety protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) in our locations. As we navigate this dynamic situation, community by community, we will be adapting our branch experience by limiting the number of people in our branches at one time — and in some cases, temporarily closing locations.

Our roadside assistance service team remains ready and available to assist members in need. For the safety of both our members and employees, we’re taking preventative measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Our technicians are cleaning their trucks multiple times a day to keep their work environment clean. We will also be limiting contact with members during service calls, so we ask that if you are currently sick to let us know at the time you request service. You can request roadside assistance 24/7 by calling 800-AAA-HELP, or requesting it online through our mobile app or at AAA.com.
Additionally, we’ve enacted work from home protocols for our employees, so our membership, insurance, travel and banking representatives are available to help you enjoy the benefits you’ve come to expect from AAA. You can call us at 800-222-8252 or visit our website for a list of the online options available to you. You can also connect with us on social media for the latest information and updates, or to just let us know how you’re doing.
