NPD Is Seeking Information Regarding Southwood Apartments Shots Fired

At this time, it is believed that multiple individuals were arguing prior to shots being fired and then leaving in a black SUV.

Case Number 22-12542

NAUGATUCK - On the morning of July 3, 2022 just after 1 am, Naugatuck Police were dispatched to the Southwood Apartment Complex- 933 Rubber Ave. to investigate a possible shooting. Officers arrived on scene and discovered evidence that confirmed a firearm had in fact been discharged.

Officers did not locate any victim(s) or suspect(s) at the scene.

At this time, it is believed that multiple individuals were arguing prior to shots being fired and then leaving in a black SUV.
