“Loving son, nephew and friend”

Mr. Alex Deziel Marciano, 33, of Waterbury, entered into the gates of heaven unexpectedly on Monday June 27, 2022 at his residence.

Alex was born in Waterbury on March 9, 1989, son of Stephen Marciano of Waterbury and Donna Marie Deziel of Myrtle Beach, SC. He graduated from W. F. Kaynor Technical High School Class of 2007. He worked as a branch operations manager at Fox Pest Control of Oxford for the past two years and previously as a shipping and receiving inventory specialist at Griffin Hospital in Derby for eleven years. He loved to travel, he enjoyed swimming and tubing and he was an amazing craftsman.

In addition to his parents , he leaves to honor and cherish his memory; his best friend and soulmate Krissy Luccia of Waterbury, his father’s companion Celine Massella of Waterbury; his mother’s companion Tony George of Myrtle Beach, SC; three uncles, Jeff Maciano of Deland, FL, Peter Marciano and his wife Kelli of Port Orange, FL, and Mark Deziel and his wife Shelley of Waterbury; three cousins, Ashleigh, Lauren and Austin Marciano; several God children; and a host of friends and coworkers. Alex will be dearly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing him including his beloved Toy Yorkie, Bently.

Arrangements: A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday July 17, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the American Italian Civic Club (A.I.C.C.) 476 Boyden Street, Waterbury, CT 06704. All other arrangements are private and at the convenience of the family. Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home 430 Chase Parkway Waterbury has been entrusted with Alex’s arrangements.
