“Beloved husband, father & grandfather”
Antimo “Andy” Ciarleglio, 85, of Watertown, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the Complete Care at Glendale in Naugatuck. He was the loving husband of Maria (Antinora) Ciarleglio.
Antimo was born in Ceretto, Sannita, Italy on December 10, 1937, a son of the late Giovanni and Filomena (Dimaula) Ciarleglio. Antimo and his wife, Maria, in 1958 moved to the United States to start their family settling in Oakville. He worked as a machinist and toolmaker for Anchor Fasteners until his retirement. Antimo enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing bocci, but truly enjoyed the time he spent with his family, grandchildren and friends. He was a lifelong member of the Cercemaggiore Community Club and a communicant of St. Mary Magdalen Church in Oakville.

Besides his wife, Maria, of 64 years, he leaves his three daughters, Phyllis Foeller and her husband, Paul, of Goshen, CT, Clara Drake of Watertown and Linda Dahlin and her wife, Christine, of Gilford, CT., his two loving grandchildren, Ashley Drake and Alec Foeller. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Karry Drake.
Arrangements: Funeral will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, 9:00 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury to St. Mary Magdalen Church, Holy Disciples Parish, Oakville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will follow at Mt. Olivet Mausoleum, Watertown. A calling hour will be held Tuesday, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
