Obituary: Carol Robillard, 72, Of Naugatuck
Carol worked for over 30 years as a medical secretary at Griffin Hospital and was a faithful parishioner of St. Vincent Ferrer Church.

Naugatuck, CT — Carol Robillard, 72, wife of Elmer Robillard, died peacefully on April 29, 2024 at her home surrounded by loving family.
Carol was born on September 3, 1951 in New Brunswick, Canada a daughter of the late Wilfred and Mary (Travis) Markey. Carol graduated from Shelton High School and worked for over 30 years as a medical secretary at Griffin Hospital, before retiring in 2017. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Vincent Ferrer Church and she enjoyed going on cruises with her husband and her family. Being a grandmother to Lindsey, Tanner, Noah, Eli and Dylan was the greatest joy of her life.

In addition to Elmer, her loving husband of 52 years, Carol is survived by her daughter, Deborah Walsh (Dave); her son, Patrick Robillard (Joy Durinski); her beloved grandchildren, Lindsey Walsh, Tanner Robillard, Noah Robillard, Elijah Robillard and Dylan Hornby; her sister, Marie McDonald (Paul); her brothers, David Markey (Joyce) and Bernard Markey (Linda) along with many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 3, 3024 at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 1006 New Haven Road, Naugatuck. Everyone attending is kindly asked to please meet directly at church. Inurnment will follow in St. James Cemetery Columbarium, Cross Street, Naugatuck. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
