"Dottie" as she was also known as, attended various schools throughout New York, graduating in 1972. She was a hard worker and was employed by the United States Post Office for 27 years. Dottie had a passion for fashion and her outfits made her stand out and be admired wherever she went. Her vibrant personality lit up any room that she walked into. She loved music and enjoyed dancing to her favorite artists "En Vogue" or "Earth, Wind, and Fire." You could not help but gravitate towards her amazing energy. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing softball, reading, watching horror movies, and spending time with her family and friends. We will miss her dearly.
She leaves to cherish her memories three children; Tina Colas and Treyanna Milligan both of NY and Terron Milligan of CT, three grandchildren; Isaiah, Janaiyah, Nolani and Tru, two brothers; Charles Milligan of NY, James (Candace) Milligan of NC, two sisters; Charlene Milligan and Barbara Milligan (Robert) Sincere all of NY, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
