Gloria R. Marinaro, age 95, of Waterbury passed away peacefully December 11, 2022 in the VITAS unit at Saint Mary's Hospital.

Gloria was born May 3, 1927 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Innocenzio and Mariagrazia (Andreano) Marinaro. Prior to her retirement, Gloria had worked at Timex and Bendix for over 20 years. She was an avid baker who loved the New York Yankees and trips to the casino. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
She leaves her brother Ernest Marinaro of Naugatuck and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Anthony, Carmen, John, Onofrio, Frank, Joseph, Robert and William Marinaro, Phyllis Marrone, Anna Marinaro, Concetta Staselunas and Madeline Jacovino.

Arrangements: Funeral Friday at 9 AM from Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway Waterbury, to Our Lady of Lourdes Church for Mass at 10. Burial will be private and at the convenience of her family at Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday, December 15 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
