October 22, 1942 ~ September 10, 2022 (age 79)

Naugatuck-Irma (Burdorf) Beebe, age 79, loving wife of James R. Beebe, passed away peacefully on Saturday September 10, 2022 at the Lutheran Home, Southbury, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Born in Hamburg, Minnesota on October 22, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen (Albers) Burdorf. Irma retired from the Law Firm of Lynch, Traub, Keefe and Errante in New Haven after many years. She and her family were active members of various churches. She enjoyed music, and especially time with her children and grandchildren.

Besides her husband Jim of 56 years, she leaves her children, Tony Beebe; her daughters Melissa Christiana and Teresa Clouse; her loving grandchildren, Meghan, Benjamin, and Avery; her sisters, Norma Scott, Lois Budach, and Lorraine Huitt; and several nieces and nephews. Irma was predeceased by her brothers Wilbert, Wilmer, Arnold and sister Esther.
