Obituary: Jeanette G. Kingman, 85, Of Naugatuck

Jeanette G. Kingman, 85, died peacefully on June 7,2023 at Waterbury Hospital.

Jeanette was born January 3, 1938 in Danbury, CT a daughter of the late Alvaro and Frances (Critelli) Gil. Jeanette lived in Naugatuck for the past 37 years and was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church.

Jeanette is survived by her daughter, Kelley A. Kingman of Naugatuck and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jeanette was predeceased by her son, Paul S. Kingman; her brother and sister in law, Robert and Sarah Gil; her brother, Alvaro Gil, Jr. and her sister, Faith Rockwell.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church Street, Naugatuck. Everyone attending is asked to please meet directly at church. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Danbury. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
