Joan Marie (Frappier) Peck passed away peacefully July 18, 2021 at Waterbury Hospital surrounded by her family, after a brave fight against cancer. She was the widow of Kenneth “Pete” Peck, the daughter of the late Onesime and Helen (Galuski) Frappier. Predeceased by brothers William, Robert, Harold, Onesime, Joseph and a sister Dorothy DiZinno. She was born May 3, 1938 in Waterbury, CT. She leaves her brother Raymond Frappier of New Mexico, her daughters Sheree Rinaldi (Rick), Lori Costa (Al), Mary English and son Robert “Bob” Peck (Shelley).
She also leaves 9 grandchildren, Cara Edwards (Todd), Courtney Letkowski (Paul), Amanda Giroux (Mike), Stephanie Micalizzi (John), Jennifer Emery (Tony), Kyle Peck (Sara), Ryan Peck (Lucy), Eric Peck (Cassidy), Dylan Peck and 17 great grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her companion “Putty Cat” Sammy.

Joan graduated from Waterbury Catholic High School. Shortly after graduating she married Pete and started a family. She was a stay-at-home mom before starting her career at Timex, and then the Watertown Federal Credit Union. She loved her gardens, decorating her home, shopping for primitives and quilting.
Arrangements: A graveside memorial service will be at Evergreen Cemetery, North Street, Watertown, CT, at 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 22, 2021. Brookside Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home and Crematory 200 Benson Road Middlebury has been trusted with the arrangements. There are no calling hours.
