“Loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt”
Josephine (Kritzman) Perugini, 66 of Pequabuck passed away peacefully November 5, 2021 at Bristol Hospital. She was the beloved widow of Louis W. Perugini.
Josephine was born July 27, 1955 in Waterbury, a daughter of the late Michael and Katherine (Burgio) Kritzman. She was a graduate of Mattatuck Community College in Waterbury with a degree as an X-ray Technician. Prior to her retirement in 2020, Josephine had worked as an X-ray tech at Naugatuck Valley Radiology in Prospect for many years. Josephine enjoyed trips to vineyards, the beach, traveling, but found her greatest joy spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by those who were blessed to know and love her.

She leaves her daughters Lauren Perugini and her husband Colin Jones of Pawtucket, RI, Leah Brodeur and her husband Tom of Bristol, CT, her granddaughter Lyllian Brodeur, her sisters, Judy Levin of Waterbury, Annette Kritzman of Waterbury, Christine Bachman and her husband Bob of Waterbury, Mary Fitzpatrick of South Carolina, Dorothy O'Shea of Vermont, her sister-in-law, Mary Jane Kritzman of Oakville, her brother in law, Samuel Perugini of Southington and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her family, she leaves her best friends Laurie Marucci of Monroe, Patricia Stemm of Prospect, Linda Valentino of Northfield, Mary Ellen Orsini of Plymouth, and her work friends and daughters. She was predeceased by her brothers Thomas Kritzman, Michael Kritzman, and a sister Kathy Fitzherbert.
Arrangements: Funeral Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 11 am at Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway. Burial will be private and at the convenience of her family. Calling hours Saturday from 9 to 11 am at the funeral home.
