Obituary: Joyce A. Willet Rotondo, 75; Formerly Of Naugatuck
Joyce had worked at Yale New Haven Hospital for 45 years and oversaw the Dialysis Unit for many years.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — (From North Haven Funeral Home): Joyce A. Willet Rotondo, 75, of North Haven, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022 at the Regency House, Wallingford with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Louis E. Rotondo Jr.
Joyce was born in Waterbury on March 10, 1947, and was the daughter of Janice Lombard Woodfield and the late John Willet.
A graduate of Naugatuck High School, she later attended and graduated from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Waterbury, becoming a Registered Nurse. Joyce had worked at Yale New Haven Hospital for 45 years and oversaw the Dialysis Unit for many years.

Devoted to her family, her grandchildren were her everything and she loved them all unconditionally. Mother of Louis E. Rotondo III (Tina) and Christopher Rotondo (Kimberly). Grandmother of Michael, Ava, Sofia, Kathryn and Aaryn. Sister of Randy Woodfield (Annette) and the late Harold Woodfield, Jr. Predeceased by her stepfather Harold Woodfield Sr.
The visiting hours will be Saturday morning, Nov. 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral, 36 Washington Avenue. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven at 12 noon. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
