Naugatuck, CT - Leah Rose Carole Shehu passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Baby Leah was the daughter of Attorney Karl D. and Alexa (Rosetti) Shehu of Naugatuck. God breathed life into Leah Rose Carole during her parents’ honeymoon in Antarctica. Joining Baby Leah’s heartbroken parents in mourning and grief are her paternal grandfather, Karl H. Shehu; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Francine (Malkin) Rosetti; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Leah was predeceased by her paternal grandmother, Carole L. (Christiano) Shehu.

Arrangements: A graveside service will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery (New Side) in Waterbury.Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT has been entrusted with her arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leah’s memory to St. Patrick Oratory, 50 Charles Street, Waterbury, CT 06708, or Council 36 of the Knights of Columbus, 785 Highland Avenue, Waterbury, CT 06708.
