Linda L. Chakalinsky, 72, passed away on December 28, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born in Derby, Connecticut on March 5, 1949 to the late Stephen Chakalinsky and Ann (Yurezich) Chakalinsky.
Linda had a big heart, always putting others before herself. Her true personality showed in her profession as a school bus driver, she loved all the children she was able to see every day. Linda loved animals, enjoying nature where she watched the wildlife, going fishing and craft making. Linda was a devote Roman Catholic, she was a parishioner of St. Francis Parish.

She is survived by her sister, Suzanne Slimskey and her niece Suzanne Slimskey of Kensington, Connecticut and her foster son, Frank Bombardier and his wife Ashley of Waterbury, Connecticut.
Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
