WATERBURY – Matthew Tuozzola, age 32, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 16th 2022.

Matthew was born March 22nd 1990 in Derby, CT, the son of Daniel Tuozzola and Nancy Minardi. Matthew was a graduate of Waterbury High School and had been employed as a cable installer for Triple J Gaudiosi Co. Matthew was a licensed barber and was a Subaru car enthusiast and enjoyed working on and restoring Subaru’s.

Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory, besides his parents, are his son, Matthew of Waterbury, his grandparents; Vincent and Patricia Minardi of Derby, his brother, Anthony, nephews; Aiden and Anthony as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members. He was predeceased by his brother, Daniel V. Tuozzola Jr and his paternal grandparents; Daniel and Betty Tuozzola.

Funeral services for Mr. Tuozzola will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Mary Mother of the Church Parish, Saints Peter and Paul Church 67 Southmayd Rd Waterbury, CT those planning to attend are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in the Lithuanian Cemetery, Plank Rd Waterbury. There are no calling hours. Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care , 1987 East Main St. Waterbury, CT 06705 has been honored to care for Matthew and the Minardi/Tuozzola families.
