WATERTOWN, CT - Michael F. Malagutti, age 54, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at his home. Born in Waterbury, February 1, 1967, Mike was the son of Carlotta (Palmieri) Malagutti and the late Richard C. Malagutti.

Mike was a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1985 and was a union laborer for Local Union #146. A lovable guy, Mike was everyone’s best friend. He had a great personality and made friends and family laugh with his perfect impersonations and impressions. Mike was able to repair everything and anything. Music was an important part of Mike’s life. He was a talented singer and guitarist and enjoyed accompanying his daughters Tatyanna and Jasmyn. More than anything, Mike loved his family, especially his daughters who were his pride and joy.

In addition to his mother Carla and her companion Robert Panasci, a father-figure and mentor to Mike, Mike is survived by his daughters, Tatyanna Malagutti of Woodbury and Jasmyn Malagutti of Danbury. He also leaves his brother Richard V. Malagutti of Watertown and his sister Marsha MacMillan and her husband Ian of Waterbury and his aunt Lee (Carol) Palmieri and her partner Arlene Nuzzo both of Meriden as well as many friends.
