Frances was born October 3rd 1926 in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late Napoleon and Emma (Boisvert) Kirouac and attended local schools. Frances worked for several area businesses throughout her life but the love and devotion for her family and her selfless acts of kindness led her to be a loving and dedicated home maker. Frances also had a love of children and spent several years assisting her daughter’s day care where she enjoyed mentoring and playing with the children. She enjoyed playing cards, loved listening to music, dancing. She was an enthusiastic ultimate frisbee spectator for “her boys”, and looked forward to camping trips. She was a long-time parishioner of Saint Francis Xavier Church. Frances will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
