“Loving wife, mother, & sister”
Nancy A. (Apicello) Perillo, age 55, of Wolcott, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 28, 2022 surrounded by her family at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Patrick M. Perillo for 24 years.

Nancy was born on January 21, 1967, in Waterbury, CT, daughter of the late Nicholas and Gloria (Parrottino) Apicello. She was a graduate of Crosby High School and the University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics. She worked over 30 years for Yale-New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael’s Campus, most recently as an operating room assistant.
Family meant everything to Nancy. She enjoyed getting together for holidays and family functions. She was never without a camera taking pictures. No one loved chocolate more than Nancy, all problems could be solved with chocolate. Never a dull moment when Nancy was around, always full of fun and laughter.

Besides her husband, Nancy is survived by her children, Lindsey Perillo, Caitlyn Perillo and Patrick M. Perillo, Jr., all of Wolcott, brother, Jim Apicello and his wife, Midge, of Vernon, CT, sister, Linda Valerio and her husband, Anthony, of Wolcott, brother-in-law, John Perillo Jr. and his wife, Juliana, of Wolcott along with several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: Her funeral will be held o Monday, March 7, 2022 at 9:45 a.m. from Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, CT to St. Pius X Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery in Wolcott. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
