Obituary: Robert Emanuel, 58, of Bristol
He was a graduate of Naugatuck High School Class of 1982. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday.

Robert Emanuel, 58, of Bristol, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 24, 2023.
Robert was born in Waterbury on October 17, 1964, a son of the late John F. and Alice E. (D’Aversa) Emanuel, Sr. He was a graduate of Naugatuck High School Class of 1982. Robert served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a tool maker for the Lab Security Systems Corporation in Bristol. Robert was a very family-oriented man; they always came first in his life. He enjoyed being a car enthusiast, liked being around animals, but truly loved the quality time he spent with his family, his nieces and nephews and many friends that were blessed to have known him.

Robert leaves his siblings, his six brothers, John F. Emanuel, Jr. and his wife, Pamela, of Ladson, SC, Ronald Emanuel and his wife, Cynthia, of Sebastian, FL, Donald Emanuel and his wife, Suzanne, of Waterbury, Domenic Emanuel and his wife, Denise, of Coplay, PA, Francis Emanuel and his wife, Laura Lee, of Waterbury, Anthony Emanuel of Waterbury, and a sister, Mary A. Kelson and her husband, Robert, of Torrington, CT, also several nieces and nephews, his close friend, Diane Mansfield, and his two loving dogs, Yoda and Peanut. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his nephew, Danny Emanuel.
Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial with the cremains present will be held 9:00 a.m., Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 785 Highland Avenue, Waterbury. Anyone wishing to attend the Mass are asked to meet directly at the Church. There are no calling hours. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury has been entrusted with Robert's services.
