Naugatuck, CT - Robert Phillip Pederson, 71, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 2, 2023 at Yale New Haven Hospital. He was the husband of Kathleen (O’Connell) Pederson for 49 years.
Robert was born on July 15, 1951 in Newport, Rhode Island to the late Theodore and Lorraine (Baron) Pederson. Robert enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Kathleen, Robert is survived by his daughter, Nicole Pederson-Misteroni and her husband, Alexandre Misteroni; his sister, Cheryl Whicker; his brother, Brian Pederson and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Lorraine Pederson and his twin brother, Ed Pederson.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
