“Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother”
WATERBURY, CT - Roy C. Bozzuto age 68 of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly December 28, 2020 at Saint Mary's Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Elaina Cyr-Bozzuto.

Roy was born January 18, 1952, a son of the late Anthony and Lucy (Mastropietro) Bozzuto. He was a graduate of Wolcott High School. Roy proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Roy was currently employed at Stop & Shop store number 618 in Waterbury where he worked for several years. Roy enjoyed taking road trips with his wife and spending time with his wife’s family in upstate NY. It was a road trip they took every summer. Roy was a gentle soul, everyone he met became a friend. He will be greatly missed by those who were blessed to know him.
Besides his loving wife of almost 3 years, he leaves his son Anthony Bozzuto and his wife Melissa of Lithia, FL, a stepson Christopher Lockery of Waterbury, a stepdaughter Samantha Lockery of Waterbury, and 3 grandchildren Isabella, Mason and Jayce Bozzuto, a brother Robert Bozzuto and his wife Joan of Waterbury as well as his beloved dog Baby.

Arrangements: Funeral services for Roy will be held on Friday January 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury Connecticut 06708. Burial with military honours will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury. Calling hours Thursday January 7 from 5 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
