Salvita married Patrick Hearn in August 1988, and together they raised their family in an old farmhouse. Her gardens produced many bountiful seasons of colorful vegetables and flowers. Always inspired by her Spanish heritage, Salvita enjoyed making paella on the patio, singing along to the Gipsy Kings, and playing the castanets.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her timeless beauty, her love of music and dancing, her unintentional silliness, and denying that she was a Deadhead.
