Tom enjoyed being outdoors and in the solitude of nature, gardening, and feeding his backyard birds. He looked forward to taking family trips to Cape Cod, Rhode Island, Old Saybrook, or their home in Florida where they would go clamming, fishing, and spend time making memories together. Later in life Tom began taking up cooking and enjoyed experimenting with different recipes for his family. Tom cherished the time he spent with his family and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. There wasn't a wrestling meet, hockey or baseball game Tom didn't attend. He was always there supporting his grandkids and rooting them on. Tom was a wonderfully caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to so many. The lives he touched is immeasurable and will truly be missed by all who knew him.

Left to cherish Tom’s memory are his three children: Susan Neal (Sean) of Freehold, NY, Lynda Biello (John) of Watertown, and Thomas Czarkosky, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Plantsville; his eight grandchildren: Nicholas Paolino, Julian Paolino, Andrew Biello, Kailyn Carolan, John Biello, Alexandra Czarkosky, Thomas Czarkosky, and Michael Czarkosky; his niece Michele Flynn Smith, his nephew and godson Paul Flynn, as well as many other nieces and nephews; his sisters-in-law Sharon Murphy and Genevieve Kustra, his brother-in-law David Poulton, and so many dear friends.
In addition to his parents and his beloved wife Judy, Tom is predeceased by his sister Pauline Listro.
