Patch Theatre Reviewer Interviewed on Nutmeg Chatter

Torrington, CT - J. Timothy Quirk invited this reviewer to record an interview for his weekly radio program called Nutmeg Chatter which airs on Mondays at 3:00pm on WAPJ Torrington 89.9 and 105.1 FM. I was able to travel to the Torrington studio (just across the street from the Warner Theatre that is a frequent venue for my reviews) during my school vacation to speak with Mr. Quirk for thirty minutes about my career as a theatre reviewer. It was a pleasure to discuss my theatrical roots, how I got started as a reviewer and my end of the year top ten lists.

This talented broadcaster made the entire interview process very easy; I am hopeful that I can appear on the program again in the future. I am also grateful to Mr. Quirk for suggesting that I set up the Facebook page Nancy Sasso Janis: Theatre Reviewer, which currently has over 230 followers.

Nancy Sasso Janis is a theater reviewer in Connecticut. Since 2011 Janis has written theater reviews on the Patch platform and she was honored in 2016 by joining the ranks of the CT Critics Circle.
