Popular Naugatuck Restaurant Closing After 15 years

Anna Donte Italian Restaurant at 384 North Street in the Union City section of the Borough has is closing after 15 years, the Waterbury Republican-American reports.

Owner Donna Grillo said she has become ill and was also looking to retire, reports Paul Singley, who is the paper’s senior reporter.

Additionally, the restaurant’s building is for sale, and Grillo stressed she has no plans to open elsewhere.
