Post University Recognized Nationally as a Top Place to Work

WATERBURY, Conn. – For the fourth consecutive year, Post University has been selected a “Top Workplaces USA” by Energage, a leading employer culture research organization that develops solutions to build and recognize America’s top workplaces. The university was included on the national list because of its commitment to promoting a flexible and people-centric culture.

Energage issues the annual engagement survey to more than 7,000 companies across the country, capturing direct and anonymous feedback from employees. This year, 1,531 employers received recognition as a top workplace across four categories. Post was ranked among the 2024 Top Workplaces winners in the 1000-2499 employees category.

The research-backed survey included questions focused on employee engagement, retention, productivity and recruiting processes. Employees also were asked about their confidence in leadership, and basic information on pay, benefits, flexibility, training and expectations. Responses were then measured and divided into four culture categories: alignment, connection, coaching and experience.

Post was recognized for using a behavioral framework known as Connect, Assess, Resolve, and Excite (C.A.R.E.), which enables the institution to take a personal approach to associate success at every stage of their professional career.
