The following property transfers were recorded by the Naugatuck Town Clerk's office during the weeks of Nov. 15 - Nov. 30.  

Nov. 15

Joao DaSilva transferred the property at 15 Tudor Lane to Ana P. DaSilva and Joao DaSilva for $1 on Nov. 15. There was no conveyance tax.

John C. DaSilva transferred the property at 365 Hillside Ave. to Naugatuck Savings Bank on Nov. 15 for $230,000. The transfer was recorded on Nov. 19. The conveyance tax was $1,150.

William D. Canale transferred the property at 410 Mulberry St. to Tammy L. Canale on Nov. 16. No amount or conveyance tax was issued, according to the real estate conveyance tax return.

Nov. 18

Christopher B. Swirki transferred the property at 680 Wooster St. to Christopher D. Oloffson for $70,000 on Nov. 18. The conveyance tax was $350.

Maslar Realty & Investment LLC transferred the property at 874 New Haven Road to Antonio Aldi on Nov. 18 for $115,000. The conveyance tax was $575.

Nov. 19

Mary A. Karabanowski transferred the property at 171 Union City Road to Debra Marino on Nov. 19 for $112,000. The conveyance tax was $560.

Household Realty Corp. transferred the property at 111 Mallane Lane, Unit 1-16, on Aug. 9 for $92,500. The recorded date for the transfer was Nov. 19. The conveyance tax was $462.50.

Triple C Realty LLC transferred the property at Unit 2 Gabby Lane to Louise C. Egan on Nov. 19 for $219,900. The conveyance tax was $1,099.50.

Nov. 25

Bar-Cal Properties LLC transferred the property at 45 Coach Circle Unit 4 to Timothy D. Barth and Renee M. Calabrese on Nov. 25. No amount or conveyance tax was issued, according to the real estate conveyance tax return.
