Prostitution, Drug Bust Made in Naugatuck
Naugatuck police say the incident occurred around 2 a.m. Saturday in the borough.

Naugatuck police say at 2 a.m. on Saturday officers responded to Cross Street for a reported disabled motor vehicle.
During their investigation, police say it was determined that Amanda Gomez, 22, of Waterbury and Calvin Moore, 58, of Tower Avenue in Hartford were allegedly in possession of 1.4 grams of crack cocaine and 1.2 grams of heroin.
Police say the two accused admitted that Moore picked up Gomez in Waterbury for sexual favors in exchange for money.

They were each charged with possession of a controlled substance while Gomez is charged with prostitution and Moore is charged with patronizing a prostitute.
Gomez and Moore were each released after posting a $5,000 bond.
