The event is free and open to the public.
In addition, representatives from ProShred, a paper shredding company, will be at Quinnipiac to offer complimentary document shredding (up to five boxes) from 9 a.m. to noon.
Those who attend Boomer’s Boo Bash can participate in various fall activities and game booths run by student-athletes and student organizations while enjoying food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, trick-or-treating, prizes and more. Halloween costumes are encouraged. Quinnipiac also will accept nonperishable food donations for the Hamden Food Bank during the event.
“Our student volunteers look forward to welcoming community members of all ages to join the Bobcat family for a day of costumes, candy and fall festivities,” said Bethany Zemba, QU’s vice president and chief of staff. “We are pleased to again offer complimentary document shredding, as one of the many ways we provide services to our community.”
