Quassy Amusement & Waterpark COVID-19 Statement
This official COVID-19 statement from Quassy Amusement Park was issued on April 15.

At Quassy Amusement Park and Waterpark, there is nothing more important than the safety of our guests and associates. This is our highest priority now and in the days ahead.
We will be implementing preventive measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the park’s own health and hygiene protocols.
Additionally, we are maintaining close relationships with local, state, national and international public health authorities and are taking their guidance as additional preventive measures are deemed necessary.
Among the actions Quassy will take include:
• Making sure rides and other areas are clean and hygienic
• Communicating and promoting the need to maintain social distance
• Promoting regular and thorough hand washing by team members, contractors and guests
• Installing sanitizing hand rub dispensers in prominent places around the park to facilitate hand washing among guests
• Promoting good respiratory hygiene in the workplace
• Encouraging guests and team members to stay home if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, shown symptoms, or they come into contact with an individual at risk or suspected of having contracted COVID-19.
• Educating all team members about illness prevention, preparedness and response
Though we cannot determine a date the park might open at this time, we will make an announcement when government officials provide information that indicates when operations might resume.
