Reminder from Lana Lachance: Reset Your Nervous System

Resolutions are important for living on purpose. Without making a decision for what you want to do or be, and then putting action steps into place, you are only living as a passenger in your life.

Sometimes, you have to be quiet though. It is in the stillness that you can get clear on what you want and need. This is especially true for people who have experienced some type of loss, pain, or trauma. This is especially true for people who are living in an unsettled life experience, maybe it's a toxic relationship or unhealthy work situation?

If you are living in survival mode, fight, flight or freeze mode, truly connecting with and executing your resolution might not even be within your reach.

My intention, my resolution, is to help even more people this year experience living in the "healing room" of the nervous system. It is from this space that you can be inspired, energized and able to let go of what isn't serving you. From that space you can then call in and connect with what will serve you.
