School Bus Driver Fired After Facebook Post Involving BOE Member

TORRINGTON, CT — A school bus driver was fired after she made a Facebook post regarding a Board of Education member's children.

Driver Ashleigh Thibault said she wrote on Molly Spino's campaign page for the 65th House District that she, "should focus on getting her mess under control..." and said that her children were bullied by Spino's children, according to the Republican-American.

Spino called All Star Transportation and told the bus company about the post. Thibault's boss called her and said that the school board requested she not drive buses in Torrington.
