“In the last year, we’ve seen an unprecedented uptick in hate-motivated attacks against the LGBTQIA+ community. Now more than ever, it’s critical to show our support and solidarity with all those who have experienced homophobia, transphobia, racism, and violence –– and come together as a community to build a better world,” said Leah Juliett, who identifies as nonbinary. “We don’t often gather to celebrate the resilience of queer and trans people. In the spirit of the holiday season, we will join together to rise against hate through solidarity and song.”

General admission tickets are $20 each and are available through the Seven Angels Theatre Box Office (203) 757-4676 or online at www.songsofsolidarity.org. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Colorado Healing Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization collecting donations on behalf of Club Q.
Seven Angels Theatre’s mission is to offer the Waterbury, Connecticut region affordable professional live theatre, youth summer theatre classes, and community access to the performing arts, including plays, musicals, concerts, and educational opportunities.
