Seven Charged With DUI in Naugatuck Over 3 Days
All of the arrests for DUI began as motor vehicle investigations.

Seven people over three days were charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol in Naugatuck, police said.
On each occasion a motor vehicle investigation occurred for either not stoping at a stop sign or not having headlights lit and arrests for DUI then occurred, according to police.
The seven arrests all occurred on April 17, 18, and 19.

The arrestees include:
- Daniel Forcier, 28, of Spring Street, on April 17 at 12:07 a.m. on North Spring Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $1,000 bond.
- Jessie Rojas, 19, of Red Robin Road, on April 17 at 4:29 p.m. on Old Firehouse Road. He was driving while allegedly under the influence of both alcohol and drugs, police said. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
- Angelo Quinones, 26, of Oakville Avenue in Waterbury, on April 17 at 11:09 p.m. on North Church Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $1,000.
- Carlos Santos, 54, of Stone Fence Road, on April 17 at 11:19 p.m. on Old Firehouse Road. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
- Stephanie Hernandez, 28, of High Street on April 18 on New Haven Road. She was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
- Gregory Manteghian, 24, of Joseph Place in Wolcott, on April 18 at 2:34 a.m. on North Main Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
- Robert Mete, 51, of South Main Street in Waterbury, on April 19 at 12:50 a.m. on Maple Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
