Seven Charged With DUI in Naugatuck Over 3 Days

Seven people over three days were charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol in Naugatuck, police said.

On each occasion a motor vehicle investigation occurred for either not stoping at a stop sign or not having headlights lit and arrests for DUI then occurred, according to police.

The seven arrests all occurred on April 17, 18, and 19.

The arrestees include:

• Daniel Forcier, 28, of Spring Street, on April 17 at 12:07 a.m. on North Spring Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $1,000 bond.
• Jessie Rojas, 19, of Red Robin Road, on April 17 at 4:29 p.m. on Old Firehouse Road. He was driving while allegedly under the influence of both alcohol and drugs, police said. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
• Angelo Quinones, 26, of Oakville Avenue in Waterbury, on April 17 at 11:09 p.m. on North Church Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $1,000.
• Carlos Santos, 54, of Stone Fence Road, on April 17 at 11:19 p.m. on Old Firehouse Road. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
• Stephanie Hernandez, 28, of High Street on April 18 on New Haven Road. She was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
• Gregory Manteghian, 24, of Joseph Place in Wolcott, on April 18 at 2:34 a.m. on North Main Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
• Robert Mete, 51, of South Main Street in Waterbury, on April 19 at 12:50 a.m. on Maple Street. He was charged with DUI and released after posting $500.
