Shakespeare Will Return to West Hartford

Summer Shakespeare in just two months!

The three witches predict that you will see Macbeth, as part of the 2023 Greater Hartford Shakespeare Festival, on the beautiful grounds of the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford this July 13–30.

The Capital Classics Theatre Company has been staging Connecticut's oldest continuously running-outdoor Shakespeare festival for over 30 years. Bring your family and friends, a picnic dinner, lawn chairs, and blankets.

Performances run Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults and $14 for students, seniors, and groups of 10 or more.
