Suspect Accused Of Smoking Pot With Juveniles: Naugatuck Police

The suspect, a 36-year-old Waterbury man, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday.

NAUGATUCK, CT β€” A 36-year-old Waterbury man was arrested on a warrant by Naugatuck police this week on a charge of risk of injury to a child, according to authorities.

Albaro Feliciano, of John Street, was taken into custody on Wednesday.

"The warrant stemmed from an incident in which the accused smoke [sic] marijuana with juveniles," Naugatuck police said in a statement.

Details of the incident were not disclosed.

Feliciano was held in lieu of bail of $150,000, and he is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court at a later date.
